To Establish Service

  1. Fill out a Residential Service Application, hard copies are located in our lobby 254 2nd Ave NE (open 24hrs a day)
  2. Return completed form  to Valley City Public Works via email, drop box locations, or drop off at our office 254 2nd Ave NE
  3. Deposit or autopay will be required to establish an account.  Trailer and mobile homes require deposit.

To Discontinue Service

Customers will need

  1. Fill out a Discontinue Service Form, copies are located in our lobby 254 2nd Ave NE (open 24hrs a day)
  2. If you have a landlord, they will need to sign the form before services can be terminated.
  3. Return completed form  to Valley City Public Works via email, drop box locations, or drop off at our office 254 2nd Ave NE
