Notice of Water Service Disruption – Monday, October 5, 2026
As part of the Valley City NW Water System Improvements project, crews will be making a connection to the city’s underground water main along 9th St. NW, east of 5th Ave NW.
To safely complete this work, the water main will be shut off in the immediate area of this work. Residents in the affected area will experience disruptions to their water service, including lower to no water pressure, or no water service. Affected areas are highlighted on the map below.
The water service disruption will begin Monday morning at approximately 9:00 am and is expected to last up to 3 hours. Please make preparations in advance of Monday to minimize effects of the disruption in water service.
