City Engineer Petersen reported on the bid opening and found Bituminous Paving Inc was the lowest bid at $1,484,694.00.

City Assessor Drabus reported on assessment notices being sent to all properties in Valley City, this will include the 2025 assessed value and the proposed 2026 assessed value.
