N1. Approve Recommendation from Renaissance Zone Authority Board to approve the application from Steve and Robin Winter for a 5-year state income tax exemption and a 5-year property tax exemption capped at $300,000 valuation on a new single-family residential home, contingent on receiving their Certificate of Good Standing and designate it as VC-133.
Commissioner Gulmon moved to approve, seconded by Commissioner Magnuson. Motion passed unanimously.
