President Carlsrud called the meeting to order at 4:00 PM.

Rich-Pool elevation at Lake Ashtabula is 1265.07. Releases are at 4,000 cfs, inflows of 4,200 cfs. Valley City is at a flow right about 5,190 cfs. Local inflow is right around 1,200 cfs. Precipitation at Bald Hill Dam was 1.56 inches of rain measured at 7 a.m. with an additional .39 inches by 1 p.m. totaling 1.95 inches. National Weather Service is forecasting the 18’ crest to happen tonight.
Clint-Everyone’s doing a great job. They are working on a watermain break on Hanna and Riverview. Will keep the Hospital and Rainbow bridges open for the time being. The levees will continue to be patrolled until Wednesday, May 4th.
